For the sales team of radiological imaging systems we are looking for a dedicated application specialist for large-scale equipment (MR / CT / Vascular / image processing) with an emphasis on the French-speaking part of Switzerland (m/f/d).
What will you be doing?
- Introduction, training and support of our customers in the use of Canon Medical Systems products
- Answering customer application questions and supporting the sales team
- Supporting sales projects and collaborating in sales process workflows
- Independent communication with external parties and customers including correspondence
- Independent coordination of appointments
- Collaboration with data maintenance in the CRM system
- Assistance in the preparation of documents and presentations
- Proactive cooperation with management and participation in special projects
What do you bring?
- A completed education as a radiology specialist HF/FH with experience in the areas of MR / CT / Vascular
- An open-minded and communicative personality with a high degree of responsibility and the ability to work in a team
- A distinctive customer and service-oriented way of thinking as well as enjoying being in personal contact with customers
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken French as well as good language skills in English and German
- Willingness to travel (approx. 75%) within Switzerland
- Proficiency in the most common PC software (MS Office palette). Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
